Please be ready to play 10 minutes early so we can stay on time or hopefully get ahead of the scheduled times.

The tournament format will be 2 pool games into Single Elimination.
All Pool Games will be 60 minutes drop dead.
Elimination Games will be 60 minutes finish the inning (Championship Games will be 65 minutes finish the inning).
8U elimination games will be 60 minutes finish the inning.
Game balls will be provided.
Team Awards and Individual Awards for 1st place teams in Silver brackets and all 2nd place teams.
Team Awards and Championship Rings for 1st place teams in Gold brackets and Single brackets.
Please bring us your team entry fee ($260)(8U - $180) CASH or CASHIER'S CHECK ONLY, signed roster, & copy of your team insurance before your first game. The Tournament Director will be available to check your team in. Please have a copy of your birth certificates on hand.
The Gate will be $10.

MVP Monster Mash Activities
1. Team Costume Contest (1ST Place gets 50% off their Team Entry Fee for the 2020 MVP Southern Nationals and Individual Awards; 2nd Place gets 25% off their Team Entry Fee for the 2020 MVP Southern Nationals)
a. Each team is invited to dress up in costumes and play in their costumes. Numbers must be clearly displayed somewhere on the costume. Costumes do not have to match.
b. Voting for Best Costume will be done by the teams during pool play. One representative from each team will vote. The Tournament Director will have the voting ballots.
2. Tent Decoration Contest (1ST Place gets 50% off their Team Entry Fee for the 2020 MVP Southern Nationals and Individual Awards; 2nd Place gets 25% off their Team Entry Fee for the 2020 MVP Southern Nationals)
a. Each team is invited to decorate a Team Tent. Team Name needs to be displayed somewhere on the tent. Check with the Tournament Director for the designated area to setup your tent at your location.
b. Voting for Best Tent will be done by the teams during pool play. One representative from each team will vote. The Tournament Director will have the voting ballots.
3. Carved Pumpkin Contest (1ST Place gets 50% off their Team Entry Fee for the 2020 MVP Southern Nationals and Individual Awards; 2nd Place gets 25% off their Team Entry Fee for the 2020 MVP Southern Nationals)
a. Each team is invited to bring a Carved Pumpkin. Team Name needs to be left with the pumpkin. Check with the Tournament Director for the designated area to setup your tent at your location.
b. Voting for Best Carved Pumpkin will be done by the teams during pool play. One representative from each team will vote. The Tournament Director will have the voting ballots.
4. Trick-or-Treating will take place after pool play and last for about 30 minutes.
a. Check the schedule for the trick-or-treating time at your location.
b. Each team needs to bring candy for the trick-or-treating. Each team will set-up a trick-or-treating station such as your decorated tent. The Tournament Director will tell you where to setup at your location.
